Looking back, the Harvard Club of Indiana had a great 2017.

Our team of interviewers met with nearly 200 students in the 2016-2017 cycle.  Of the 240 applicants from Indiana, 11 were selected to join the Class of 2021.  Our interviewers are already back at it again, having recently finished meeting our 59 early action applicants.

The club hosted two Global Networking Nights (GNN) at Binkleys in Broadripple, with another being planned for January 9th.  We also held a great speaking event at Binkley's in April featuring the Mayor of Gary, Indiana, Karen Freeman-Wilson '82, J.D. '85.  About 25 alumni and guests attended that event.

November brought The Game, and with it one of our best-attended events in years.  42 alumni and guests (including a few Yale folks) mingled together through the afternoon of November 18th at the Skyline Club in downtown Indy, enjoying each other's company, if not the football game itself, which left the Elis on top of the Ivy League.

We followed that up with a fun and educational tour of the Benjamin Harrison Home on December 2nd, attended by approximately 18 people.  "President Harrison" and "the First Lady" kindly met with our group in person!

Four new members have been elected to our Board, which we hope will bring new vitality and new ideas to the Harvard Club of Indiana.  Keep an eye on your email for more exciting opportunities in 2018!
